English?

          English month is celebrated during the month of October. Lot of things has done during this month.

          

         From the theme “Upholding English Proficiency for Communicative Competence”, this theme had a lot of meaning right? English is the international language. So we should learn this language in order for us to be more proficient in speaking English. This is use in our everyday lives so it was really important to it.  English is use in communicating to others especially those people in other places. How can we understand them if we don’t know how to speak English.

                      

          English is really important we should enhance our selves in using it. We should use it day by day to be more proficient.So English is important in our lives.Without it we will be a depth people in the world,because it is the universal language .

                    Climate Change


          Climate change is a tangible problem and its existence can no longer be denied. It is one of the most important scientific, economic threats facing to the earth. There are many factors lead to climate change, such as greenhouse gases, carbon dioxide, fossil fuels. Although it would be self-deception to believe that humans had nothing to do with it, the fact is that human activities caused negative effects on climate change. More people exploit more natural resources, cut more trees, use more fossil fuels, produce more wastes, build more roads, dams and cities, pollute more soil, water and air, and contribute more greenhouse gases to the atmosphere, which may lead to the ozone depletion and global warming, i.e., ultimately damaging the entire environment and annoying the climatic change. Thus, man is capable of influencing global climate deliberately or inadvertently through his various actions and activities.

          Because CO2 and other greenhouse gases are so long-lived in the atmosphere, enhanced greenhouse warming can be expected to persist for centuries. The impacts - many of which are effectively irreversible - will affect everyone on earth. Human health, patterns and intensity of precipitation, water and food supplies, coastal development, energy supplies, and the viability of natural systems: all will be affected if Earth's climate continues to change.

                                                                   CHRISTMAS?

   To me Christmas means a time of happiness towards everyone. It is a time when families and close friends come home from all over the world to be with the people they love. To most people family and friends come first in their lives, so this is obviously a very favored holiday. 

When it’s Christmas time, people exchange gifts often and take it for granted. This holiday is usually associated with receiving gifts. Personally, I think giving a gift is just as great as receiving one. Most of the time giving can be even more enjoyable. The whole idea of finding that perfect gift, making someone smile, and him or her realizing that you put that much thought into just one gift is just one way which Christmas brings happiness to everyone. 

    They imagine seeing snow-covered houses lit up all along the street with their bright lights one trying to outdo another, and a large, fresh pine tree in their living room window covered with lights and bulbs with an angel perched onto the very top. When they come in the kitchen they smell the contagious aroma of their mother’s cookies baking. That is an example of a typical outlook on a normal Christmas. To me it’s not Christmas without the decorations or festive Christmas treats. 

    Christmas time is my favorite time of year. I love when it’s time to shop for all those Christmas gifts for everyone. I love the red and green decorations, and my beautifully decorated Christmas tree sitting in my living room. I love the snow, when my grandma makes her gingerbread cookies, and the great music. But most of all, I love this time of year because I get the chance to be with my family and friends while I enjoy everyone’s Christmas cheer during this wonderful time of year.

REFLECTION

    HTML tags are used to tell the browser what to do with the text, graphics, and other items in a file. HTML tags are always enclosed in angle brackets . When a browser finds something in angle brackets, it treats it as a tag, not as text. Therefore, tags do not display on the screen. Tags are like commands you send to the browser.
   Keep in mind, null, that there are two types of tags: standalone tags and container tags. Standalone tags are used for elements which have no logical beginning or end. One example of a standalone tag is the br tag, which is used for carriage returns/blank lines, like this one:

   Most tags, though, are used in pairs. Each pair has an opening (or start) tag, and a closing (or end) tag. You can think of a pair of tags as a kind of container. Tags tell the browser software what to do with whatever they contain. Most of the tags you will work with are container tags.

Modern Heroes

"My Hero is a Man"

We all know about super heroes. Like superman, a super-strong man. Human beings with a glorious powers. But my hero is a human but no powers at all. His only power is his knowledge. Kuya Kim is my hero. He is intelligent and a loving father. He is a strong because he escaped disease that is deadly. Because his faith in God is very strong. So he escaped and given a second chance to live. Because of his inspiring story, I decided that he will become my hero.

"No matter who you are, you will become what you are." This statement will be a word of what you will in future. "No powers, will decide what you are." This is your faith. When you have faith you will succeed to whatever you want to become. Heroes today, Heroes in the Making and Heroes in the Future. They will become our inspiration that will guide to our good future.

MY TEACHER???

         
Who did efforts for me to gain knowledge, the one who has been my guide for so many years, the one who scolds and corrects me when I am doing wrong, the one who has been there as I face to reach the stepping stones in my life. The one who appreciates my efforts, the one who is always there to feed me a bit-full of information that I might use someday, the one who saves me from this unfair life where everyone should be feed with the same level of knowledge. The person who sacrifices for our own good, and yet, the laziness that I've shown them, the tiredness that they have seen from me.
After all, they never give up and they never stop to fill us with knowledge and when we are going to fall, they are always there to reach our hand and pull us back and so, the years might have been overthrown, and everything will fade, but they always be my hero for life and for all that efforts and sacrifices that they've done for us. How would life be without our teacher?
In life, people may come and go, some will be remembered and some are forgotten. But one thing is for sure, I'll never forgot the person who is known as my second parent.

SCIENCE

         

            Science to me is everything that surrounds us. It's to discover information about this world we live in, study this information, and use it however we will; a process that has started long, long ago, and will continue in generations to come. Everything in our world that we use somehow or someway was made by science. It started with discovering something new; then study what it can be capable of. See where this new founded information can be fit into use. Science was used to create something new.
In this day and age science has taken us to an entirely new place. From better batteries, to faster computers, to better gas mileage, there has just been a huge breakthrough in science. It is both chemistry and physics. In science of chemistry there is discovering elements and using these elements in chemical bonding. For physics, there are already discovered laws, and properties; such discoveries as gravity, motion, force, speed, velocity, acceleration, etc. Science even branches off as far as the universe and its discoveries.
     
       Science, technology and innovation played a major role in building great nations, spreading global modernization and shaping the world where we live. Other countries used those as stepping stones to attain success, why can’t we?
Two out of the three things mentioned earlier, science and technology are already around us and also involved in our everyday lives. The third thing, innovation, is what we need. Something new, unique and would stand out among the rest. We could attain this but we lack something.

     I hope that the message would leave a mark in our minds. We, the holders of the future of this nation will be the ones who will start the innovation in our own, different ways. We should make this country a smarter one and if we really want to do it, we must make a move now.
